Power Supply in Optiplex 755 is 220W

It does not meet requirement so it may not work.

and what graphic card do you recommend to me ? 

You cant run that card due to POWER and Due to being 2X Slots Wide.

The 755 only has 1X slot wide video slot.

Recommended Card for the 305W stock power supply in the Tower is
