Checksum error

I have an Inspiron 660 desktop and when I run the system checkup I get checksum test failed with code WCM01-30T. I have replaced the battery several times but I still get the error. How do I fix it?

I posted this before but got no help.

Is the PC working ok? When you removed the battery, was the PC unplugged and did you press/hold the power button for ~30 sec before reinstalling it?

Do you have the latest version of Dell's PC Diagnostics (PCDoctor)?  If not, update to the latest version and see if you still get the same checksum error.

There may have been a bug in earlier versions of the software, but if the PC is working ok, you probably can ignore the error message, at least for now.
