Complete Care Warranty (in Canada)

Hey everyone,

I just had a quick question regarding the Complete Care Accidental Damage coverage.  It says in the CompleteCare Agreement under b. Limits of Support Services that "This Agreement does not cover and we are not obligated to repair or
replace:
- Any Computer Device located outside of the United States (the fifty (50) states and the District
of Columbia)"

So does that mean that, as a resident of Canada, it would be pointless to pay for the Complete Care Warranty since they aren't obligated to actually cover anything?

We are not Dell employees on here, just users helping users.  We can't comment on Dell policy.  However from other comments, there are separate agreements for each country.

You need to contact Dell Customer Service for Canada.
