Computer is a Lemon

Since January, I've had numerous overseas (Philippines) phone calls, doing diagnostics, etc; I've shipped it off & had a new motherboard installed, & a house call after that.  My computer still has numerous issues.  Here are some of them:

1. It shuts down whenever it wants if I’m not sitting there monitoring it
2. It shuts down during the middle of an upload or download; I can’t depend on this thing to work correctly when I need it to.  I’ve lost over 2,000 photos that I’ve tried to upload from overseas.
3. It will not accept changes I make to settings, ie, NEVER SLEEP or NEVER SHUT DOWN.
4. It wouldn’t let me download Adobe Flash Player b/c it's a "dangerous" download, even after I added it as an exception!

A supervisor named "January" will not call me when I'm available; doesn't seem to know how to use time zone differences or the world time zones, despite all of the instructions I've sent.  I feel like Dell is stalling, & I'm being abused.  My warranty seems to be worthless, as is my time!  Does Dell only care about money?!?

How do I get a new computer?  The supervisor wants to 'talk.'  I am DONE talking!  What do I have to do to get a new computer??
