Hello , I tried starting my laptop but as soon as it starts to reboot it starts and shut it self down

Nobody can help you unless you provide the exact PC model and the version of Windows.
And if this is laptop, you should re-post your question with all the details in the Laptop forum. (This is the Desktop forum.)
Is the laptop battery charged?
Did you try disconnecting all peripherals, like printers, etc?
Is there a USB stick connected?
