Crossfire in 8920?

Dell XPS 8920 XPS8920-7922BLK-PUS Tower Desktop, Intel Quad-Core i7-7700 3.6GHz, 24GB RAM, 1TB HDD+256GB SSD, 8GB AMD Radeon RX 480 Graphics, Windows 10, Black.

Hello,

I'm not sure if I can connect two RX 480 cards with crossfire in this configuration.

Service manual does not say anything about motherboard's brand.

The reason I'm thinking of such an upgrade is because my gaming performance is barely good at max details/resolution. I was wondering if I could add a second graphic card by crossfire and make it perform at its best.

Otherwise it's a great desktop.

Hello!  So the XPS 8920 does not support crossfire or sli as it only has 1 PCI-express 16 slot, not 2 or more.  Also AMD is phasing out crossfire soon anyway.  If you really want a boost, I'd upgrade the card.

Do you think following cards wil work? (best among the cheapest ones):

1-ASUS Radeon RX 580 O4G Dual-fan OC Edition GDDR5 DP HDMI DVI VR Ready AMD Graphics Card (DUAL-RX580-O4G)

2-XFX GTS Black Core Edition Radeon RX 580 DirectX 12 RX-580P828D6 8GB OC+ 1405 MHz PCI Express 3.0

Would I need an upgrade on power supply too?

They should work as long as you don't go over 400W minimum PSU requirement.  You could upgrade the PSU if you wanted to.
