The screenshot for usb port use :
I use only usb keyboard DELL and usb dell mouse connected in rear and under network
I have the same computer and have the main SATA hard drive as a secondary drive for back up. I have been having issues with the USB wireless adaptor causing the Internet to go down. (Wireless only.) With Apple Airport Extremes in extended mode.
I used a splitter for the power cables and added an SATA cable to the Motherboard for the SSD drive. I am going to try and disconnect the power cable to the original SATA drive and leave the SSD drive as the main C: drive.
Logic is that the power adaptor might not have enough juice to power 2 hard drives and USB ports. I would try this and see if it fixes your problem. I will see if this fixes my issues with the USP ports and keep you posted.
If you have the same configuration I would disconnect the 2nd SATA drive and see if that fixes your problem. If so a new power supply might fix the issue with additional power cables.
Hello, The problem is resolved !
the probem was around USB and audio and video .
there was a problem with intel video driver , You mst upgrade to the last version and after see in regedit if this
KeepAudioHwEnableInDT=1 (9 times)
