What kind of motherboard is in the dell optiplex 7010 sff? I am interested in moving the motherboard into a new case.

It's a completely proprietary mainboard - you will not be installing it into a standard case without a lot of rewiring, cutting and drilling sheet metal, and on the fly engineering.
If you really need more features, start with a case, power supply and a standard mainboard - otherwise, be sure you know what you're in for.
