DELL Precision T1500 computer has a solid amber light on power button and has nothing showing on the screen
Our office desktop DELL Precision T1500 computer is not working.
The deskop has a solid amber light on power button and has nothing showing on the screen.
On starting up the desktop the fans all work with high noise (there are no POST beeps). I removed CMOS batter, memory, all power cables, cd drive, hard drive. Still not working
How do we resolve this issue?
Any ideas much appreciated.

Hi Jasim ,
If the power button indicates Solid Amber on Precision T1500 then it’s ‘system fault error condition, including the power supply. Only the +5VSB rail on the power supply is working correctly’.
I would suggest you to replace the power supply first on the system to check if the system switches ON if not you may have to replace the system board also.
