Anyone else having a problem with DHL returning warranty replacement parts? I called for a pickup on Monday and was told that they are no longer providing their U.S. Domestic Air or Ground services although there press release says it won't stop until Jan 30, 2009. Just putting a heads up out there for everyone.

DHL delivered a replacement video card to the wrong address. DHL had no means of contacting the driver but left a message for him when he returned for the day. I called Dell support to report that they left the video card at the wrong address and they didn't believe me. They thought I was lying because it said on the Internet that it had been delivered. Long story short, the driver remembered where he left it and went back and got it. I took the bad video card to a staffed DHL drop off center. The drop off center at Walgreens was no longer there.
