DVD opening
Sorry to post this kind of question
I Have a Inspiron 3647 Small Desktop ; the DVD has no OPENING buttons or RESET slots.
I want to back up my original factory config to a set of DVD disks .In case of hardware failure
or windows corruption I will have to open the drive MANUALY .
How do I do it ?????

Hi Claudio Berlin,
There is an Eject button just above the Dell Logo on the tower you can see a small triangle symbol see the picture below and its highlighted in red all you need to is press it and the DVD drive will eject.
