Dell 3620 displayport issues

Hi,

I have a Dell 3620 Desktop that have displayports; when i want to connect my 2 monitors each one on a displayport, just one monitor is detected, the other one is always black. I tried to change the port, but always the same problem, one monitor is detected.

Is there a way to fix this problem. Thanks
