    Yup.  You can use any DDR II RAM in a desktop system Antonio.

    It's usually only laptops which are picky about which RAM they use emoticon.Wink.title

    I don't think so. The Precision Workstation 690 is very picky, it needs fully buffered, ECC memory, but I don't know for sure what other specs are required.
