You can try this:
From the Home screen of the Dell Backup and Recovery Application, click the appropriate upgrade link to guide you through the purchase process.
If that doesn't let you do what you need, I've asked Dell-Lorna M from Dell Customer Care to contact you either via this thread or via a Private Message through the forum. So watch for a Message indicator next to your user name at the top of any forum screen after you log in.
