Dell Boot Problem

Today suddenly while working on my PC, it restarted all of sudden and now nothing shows up but only following error message :

ntel®Grantsdale-G PCI Accelerated SVGA BIOS
Build Number: 3414 PC Dev 04/12/2004 17:02:24
DECOMPILATION OR DISASSEMBLY PROHIBITED

I tried all thing, I can't get into BIOS. I didn't change anything, this error came up all of sudden.

help please

What model computer and operating system? Try running the diagnostics according to the directions in your manual. If you have a separate video card, remove it and see if it boots.

Edit-- if your computer is 10 years old as it shows in the Build #, start looking for a new computer.

Dell Dimension 4700 memory upgrade problem.

I have a Dell Dimension 4700 desktop. I purchased 2 sets (pairs, or kits) or 1GB each (total 4GB). After I installed the memory it won't boot up. Simply a black screen that says:
