Dell E520
My Dell E520 Deck Top Computer will not boot up I am getting a message File windows systems32 hal.dll status 0xc000035a windows failed to load because the Hal is missing or corrupt. Does anyone know how l can fix this problem. Thank you

You will need to re-install the operating system, since some crucial files are missing.
Please private message us the service tag of the system along with your email id.
