Dell Extended Warranty

I emailed the following to tech support. If anyone from Dell would care to respond, I will be interested in reading the response. I do not know what is going on there, but no company should deal with customers the way I have been dealt this week. You email me one day saying I will hear tomorrow the fix to my computer. The call or email never comes. I contact you again and the same thing happens. Once I was told that a technician would call and coordinate replacing my motherboard and video card. That never happened. Being too busy is no justification for what I have experienced. This has been going on for a week. If Dell does not plan to honor my extended warranty contract, tell me now. I will take my computer to be fixed elsewhere and never buy another Dell product. Should you bother to respond to this email, do not tell me I will hear tomorrow.
