Dell Inspiron 20 model 3052

My computer was updating the other night I went to bed wake up and it no long does anything. I I spoke to tech-support on the phone three times nobody said anything about all these other people having the same problem they acted like it was only me with this problem and I was SOL because my warranty was up in January and then I see all these other people with the same exact issue that just happened oh and they offered me no help

Apologies. Dell is investigating these. At this time, Technical Support should be gathering your data (Service Tag number, name, address, phone, email) and creating an SR notating the issue and date you contacted them. We are awaiting a Dell response from all teams involved.

Read the first sticky post of this forum. Dell is replacing the motherboards of most of the people who ended up with dead computers after a recent update. Post is from the 19th
