Dell Inspiron 27 7775 + Samsung SSD 960 1TB performance

Hi,

This week I upgraded my two weeks old Inspiron AiO 7555 with a Samsung SSD 960 1TB. 

As you can see with the picture I'm not happy with the performance of it. I checked all the drivers to be the latest. 
People are getting double read and write data.

Is it possible that the 7555 just has old hardware and is not compatible with the speed the SSD should get?
