Dell Inspiron 660 Mouse Always Double Clicks

Yesterday, my Dell USB Mouse started double clicking when I press the left button for a single click. I set the MOuse Settings for Double Click to the slowest speed, made sure Fodler Options were set to Single click to select, and tried it in 2 different USB 3.0's. Every time, it's the same. The click I'm becomes a double click. I'm using Win8 64 Bit..

Hi Ather,

Test the Mouse on a different system. Also try another mouse on this system and let us know the outcome. Depending on the outcome we may have to replace the mouse.

Did you try a USB 2 port? You don't need USB 3 for something slow like a mouse.
