Dell Inspiron 660 Mouse Turns Clicks Into Double Clicks
My mouse is now double clicking when it should be single clicking. Tried in several other USB's. Same problem. Most single clicks become double clicks. Causing me to close out tabs or programs I don't want to. Even launching a few I didn't intend to. What can be done to fix?

I recommend trying a new mouse.

Go to folder options and there will be a selection for launching by double or single click. May be set to single click.

No other mouse to try. Mouse settings are fine. Even set double click speed slower to make sure.
