Dell KM632 Mouse won't connects

The battery died in the mouse and I replaced the battery.  - the light works underneath so I know it has power. Can't get it to connect. The keyboard works fine.

steps tried:

1) Restart computer

2) disconnect HID Keyboard/mouse in Control panel - remove dongle, wait 2 mins reconnect - restart computer - keyboard works but mouse is not connecting.

RE: Dell KM632 Mouse won't connects

Thank you for your message.

Disconnect the dongle, remove the battery from the mouse & turn off the mouse for few minutes. Replace the battery again, switch on the mouse & restart the computer.

Connect the dongle back in & turn on the mouse & check if the mouse cursor is displayed on the screen.

Try using the dongle in another USB port.

If this still does not work the only option is to replace keyboard & mouse combo. If the device is within warranty our support team will be able to replace this.
