Dell Ms111 Mouse Optical Wired
Mouse to my Inspiron 3847 is working erratically. Need to click on arrows, etc. multiple times. Highlighting passages is difficult (sometimes moves letters in words out of order). Anyone have any suggestions or similar problems with Mouse.

Based on the information given it could either be software/hardware issue. Kindly try these steps and advise the result.
*Check if the same issue is seen in safemode with networking, if it is then its hardware issue.
*Connect if the same issue is seen with a different mouse, if the issue follows the mouse then its system board failure.
*If the same issue is not seen in safemode with networking then its a software issue,check if the drivers are updated and in the device manager if there are any error's listed under mouse pointing devices.
Also send in the service tag of the system via private message so that we can check system specifications and os installed on the system.
