Dell OptiPlex 5250 All In One screen brightness buttons do not work
Good day, who knows how to adjust the screen brightness of Dell 5250 with Windows 7 Pro installed? Buttons on the screen do not work. OSD application installed, but not active. In setup OSD mode is enable.

Dear Jesse L, thank you for a prompt answer.
But I did not find the needed information . As I understand the buttons should adjust the brightness of the display, but they do not (the display turn on and the system powered on) please advise.

Not sure why the Dell person couldn't give you a solid answer. Anyway, I had the same problem and found the solution. You need to install the OSD application. Very simple and very quick. The Win 7 version is here...if you haven't found it on your own already. www.dell.com/.../driversdetails

My config: OptiPlex 5250 with processor i5-7500 and Windows 7 Pro 64-bit - does not allow to install the DELL video driver. OSD application was installed without errors, but it does not work,
Maybe there is a problem with this?
