Dell Optiplex 780 SFF and moving overseas question

So I'll be moving to France soon and would like to bring my Optiplex 780 SFF with me.

I'm wondering what I need to do to make sure I can power it up over there.

Is it simply a matter of getting an outlet converter? Or do I need to buy a power converter, since France I believe runs on 220V, 50Hz.

The technical specifications of the optiplex 780 sff power supply says it can run within that range but I don't know what I need to do specifically to make it run over there.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

RE: Dell Optiplex 780 SFF and moving overseas question

Hi Zoupa007,

The PSUs used for the 780 operate anywhere between 100v and 240v (50-60Hz) so all you will need is  a different mains cable that will fit the wall socket.
