Dell Optiplex 9010 com port reading problem
I cant get all data from com port in Dell Optiplex 9010- on each other computers I can read all data from com port, but on this Dell model no. I change all COM port settings on BIOS, on Windows 7, but still can not read all data comming on this port. When I use RS232-USB converter I can read all, on hardware Com port no. System is Windows 7 Pro 64 bit. Where is a problem???

What are you using the COM port for?
I have one of these, but I have never used the COM port. In the old days, they used to be used for mice and modems, but I've long since migrated to USB.

What the heck are you doing in BIOS ??????
That is not where you change COM port settings.

In Bios I can change COM port Number, IRQ, Address..

And those parameters rarely, if ever, require changing. I use COM ports quite a lot to communicate to test equipment with RS232 ports.
But you go right ahead and keep on what you are doing. No one is going to stop you.
