Dell PC not booting, no bios screen present.
My friend has a Dell PC that is not booting into windows and you can't even see the Bios screen. It is just a black screen on boot. I tried another hard drive in the computer, but the same result happened. Tried the H.D from the faulty computer in another PC and it wouldn't boot up either. Unsure of what to do or what could be the problem.
Dell Precision 470.
Any suggestions? Thanks.

Hi 7star4u
First please check the power supply from the electic pod, then try different power cable to the cpu
then check whether your smps fan is working or not.
hope this help in identifying the issue with the system
