Dell Precision 490 Power Supply Usage

I would love some opinions on if I am pushing this power supply to hard.  It blows very hot air out of the back. Here is what I am running.

Dell Precision 490

2 - Intel Xeon Dual Core 5080 3.73 GHZ processors

1 - XFX HD Radeon 6770

8 - DDR2 Sticks

1- DVD Drive

1 - SATA Hard Drive

2 - Additional 80 mm case fans in the back

The stock PSU is 750 watts which is pretty beefy but am I near the max?
