Hi Rafal,

Please download the diagnostics from here. This package can be used to create a bootable diskette set, USB flash drive, CD, or hard drive image. I suggest you create a bootable CD or flash drive to perform the test.

Hi Rafal Bator,

This issue may be caused due to the RAM or the video memory. I request you to run the diagnostics on the system to check if both the memory sticks and the Video cards are working fine. Please find the link below which helps you in running the diagnostics on the two components

http://support.dell.com/support/topics/global.aspx/support/kcs/document?&docid=DSN_155502&isLegacy=true

Warranty would be void if there are complications on the system after updating the Video ROM BIOS from the link you sent us.

Let us know in case of any queries.

Thanks and Regards
Harish R

You should see an indication of a POST problem from the diagnostic lights

<ADMIN NOTE: Broken link has been removed from this post by Dell>

Check that.

Those lights, as you have seen, indicate the system is in sleep mode. Try resetting the CMOS.

Please try booting to your diagnostic flash drive and testing the memory.
