Dell Precision 7910
Hi,
I am having trouble with my new Precision 7910. I cannot install the programs I need, my main program for work is actually installing, but ends up a corrupted install.
I want to do a clean install of Windows 7 on the PC. What is the best way to go about this? I have no disk and there is no serial on the back of my PC.
Also, can someone tell me why there would be a raid card installed on the PC? I have heard bad things about them.
Any help appreciated, I am in a big spot of bother here, unable to work.

Also,
I went into the Bios and disabled the SAS Raid Controller and then got the following message on the next screen:
Alert! Hard drive not found.
Press F1 key to retry
Press F2 key for setup utility
Press F5 key to run onboard diagnostics
Why will it not boot up? The hard drive is still there, I haven't removed it.
