Dell Precision T3400 ram and CPU upgrade

hi,

I want to upgrade my Dell t3400. I have few question appreciate you can answer them.

1. Which processors can be installed on the stock motherboard?
2. Does T3400 support DDR3 Ram ? ( i know you can not install ddr3 in ddr2 slot) but as mention on intel's site "Intel® X38 Express chipset" supports DDR3, is there any workaround except changing the mobo?
3. Can you use non ECC rams on it?
4. What is the max supported frequency and latency ?
