Dell S2240L do not show the picture via HDMI on start

Hi! I have a Dell S2240L monitor is connected via HDMI. Why is the boot image on the monitor appears just before entering the OS? Why is this the HDMI output is not possible to see the whole boot, since the BIOS? Why? Instructions to monitor the issue is not decided. Thank you!
