My computer is a Inspiron One 19, running Windows 7, 64-bit OS
Whenever trying to run a Diagnostic Test, Dell asks to download the Dell System Detect.
Before it did work without any problem, running the test to its end. Lately my computer will download the Dell System Detect, but will not proceed any further, thereby not being able to perform a diagnostic test.
Scanning of the computer with McAfee antivirus has not found any infection.
