Dell T7810 exhaust fan

Hi ive just bought dell t7810 dual cpu workstation, and i have small issue with it. Problem is that when im running workload cpu temps goes above 62-65 degrees. Its okay for now but my ambient temperature is about 16-17 degrees its okay for mow but im affraid of summer. So my question is ... adding a exhaust fan will help with temps ? All fans are intake as far as i know. What model should i buy and what size?
