Dell Vostro 410 BIOS bin file name

Hey, I just installed a XEON E5450 into my DELL VOSTRO 410. Now the main concern here may be that the cpu doesn't even fit the slot, but it works after some adjustments, if you look online plenty of people have done it. In fact, I am typing this using the 410 with the new cpu, however, it refuses to recognize it. I did some research and found that I need to add some microcode to the existing bios to create an exception for the new cpu. I have the microcode that I need to replace the current bios microcode with (ncpucode.bin), I have the program to do it too (cbrom195), yet I have hit a brick wall in my venture. The command line put in a CMD DOS window to "swap" the microcodes goes as follows:

cbrom195.exe YOUR_BIOS.BIN /nc_cpucode NCPUCODE.BIN

YOUR_BIOS.BIN represents the existing BIOS microcode that refuses to accept the new cpu. I cannot
for the life of me find the actual name of YOUR_BIOS.BIN- I have scoured for hours and I have come
up almost empty handed. All I have is the exe file for the bios. I tried to /writeromfile it but that didn't
work, and I tried some trial and error with a bunch of BIOS and part IDs yet once again came up with
nothing. I asked on Dell's chat site which referred me to their call center, which the first call immediately
hung up then the second call put me on hold, then hung up. I guess asking for a BIOS bin file is as
foreign asthe people who pick up the phone. Please if anyone has any clue of what to do here I will try
anything at this point- such as if you know of a different way to rewrite the BIOS, where to find the BIOS
bin file in thecomputer, or even the format used to write the BIOS .bin name. Any help is greatly
appreciated, Thank you for your time.

It looks ike the second paragraph got cut off, here it is: YOUR_BIOS.BIN represents the existing BIOS microcode that refuses to accept the new cpu. RE: Dell Vostro 410 BIOS bin file name

Dell does not make available the .BIN files for Bios updates.   They haven't for years because of bad actors putting malware into bios.
