Dell Vostro 410 Front Panel Connections

A Dell Vostro 410 PC was given to us recently. It has mainboard DG33A01.

I'm told that the computer is fully working, but when I connected it up and pressed the power button, nothing happened. Looking inside, I see the front panel connections are not connected, so the power button does nothing!

I searched on Google for help identifying which wires go where, but was unable to find anything. All I found was people saying its Dell proprietary connection and not standard ATX.

Anyone able to offer assistance so I can get the PC up and running??

Cheers,

Neil

The black Header is where the front panel cable connector goes.  The white and Yellow header are the front panel USB and Audio The Blue Header is Flexbay USB Card reader.

Hi Neil,

I don't see the diagram in the manual. I think it's going to require some trial and error.

Hi OSPREY4,

Do you have this same system? I was wondering if you were able to photograph the connections if you did...

Cheers,

Neil
