Dell XPS 8000 graphics card upgrade

Hi all,

just bought a XPS8000 and will be using for amateur AVCHD video editing. So, I feel the Nvidia GTS240 may fall a little short.

What's the best bet...sould I install a 2gb, and if so which is suitable?

Did you buy a used computer? XPS 8000 is from 7 years ago. The latest model is XPS 8900. Ditto for the GT240--neither the computer or the card would be suitable for video editing IMO.
