Dell XPS 8700 Replacement

I bought an Dell at Costco on July of 2013 . Now I have encountered many problems with the usb 3.0 has been replaced once and motherboard once . Now I'm having a freezing issue.I asked for WUR(Whole Unit Replacement) but they said I don't qualify , they can't replace the whole product for me. I don't want to deal with a tech coming to my house every few months. Is there a possible way  to replace my Dell XPS 8700
