Dell XPS 8900 Making Humming/Buzzing Noise

(I may have repost this before) - There is a noise coming from my 8900, Dell have replaced the CPU Fan, Main Fan and the Graphics Card, It was ok for a few days.

When the Noise appears when I put my hand on the right hand side of the machine it goes away, when I release my hand it comes back, When I give it a light tap it noise goes away for a couple of hours.

There is no noise if I lay my unit on the floor right hand side. I think the case (the right Panel) is vibrating which is causing the noise when its upright. I have had the machine for about a year issue started to happen after 6 months.

Any ideas what to do?

The buzzing sounds like its a plastic or metal part vibrating against another.  I had a Dimension 4700 that did that off and on after I opened the side panel.  If you can find exactly where its doing it from, you could probably use something to insulate it a bit better.

No, It looks like the right panel could be loose, when I hold my on it its ok, The main fan is causing it to vibrate!
