Dell XPS XPSo27T-3575BLK Touch Screen Not Working

SO 3 weeks in and the touch screen out. The input select touch buttons still work. I have read as many previous solutions as I can, but they seem to maybe be dated a little and not work. Is there any updated fix for this issue? I'm sure it is a driver issue, but running through the Dell utility yields nothing. Thanks!

First, I am unsure as to your specific model? Look at the rear of the chassis by the ports. Does it state XPS One 2720?

Unfortunately I am not at home next to the computer. I was hoping to initiate the communication with you guys and get some ideas to try when I get home from work.

I do know that it has the 3.1 GHz Intel Core i7-4770s Processor, 8GB DDR3, 2TB HDD, and 32GB SSD if that helps. If not, i'll look when I get home. Thanks!

It does not have the "one 2720" after the XPS logo.

What is the service tag number somewhere on a label on the chassis?
