Doesn't have. If you want digital audio out use a turtle beach USB Audio.

The amigo II is a good headset adapter.

That card Specifically WILL NOT WORK.
I would still suggest USB 2.0 instead of PCI 2.3
http://www.m-audio.com/products/en_us/MTrackPlus.html
Industry started switching to PCI 2.2 and 2.3 systems as early as 2002
Pentium 4 and up based systems are PCI 2.2 or PCI 2.3
5v ONLY cards DO NOT and WILL NOT ever work.
PCI 2.2 and PCI 2.3 "Universal" cards have 2 Keyways indicating that they work in 3.3v slots as well as 5v slots. 1 Keyway indicates 5v ONLY Pentium 3 motherboard status.
The same issue is true with OLD PCI Data Acquisition cards or Video cards or NIC cards etc.

Getting Mtrack Plus allows you to invest 1 time and keep forever.
M-Audio M-Track Plus USB Audio Interface(Works PC or MAC)
Firewire has been dropped by Apple and isn't standard in most PC's.
Newer Systems DO NOT HAVE PCI 2.X slots at all.
I would still suggest USB 2.0 instead of PCI 2.3
