Dell inspiron 530 (CPU Compatibility)

I have the DG33M03 motherboard, and i have done some research on what cpu's it can support i know it can support quad cores and core 2 duo's

But i'm not sure what FSB it supports..and if it supports 45nm cpu's.

Could someone help me understand what cpu's can work in this motherboard please.

Does it support 1333, 1066, and 800 fsb?

And how much L2 cache can it support..and what about the wattage?

At the moment i have a Q6600 in it but i want to down grade to less power demanding cpu like this one

Would this motherboard support this processor with the new version of the bios?
