Dell inspiron 570 upgrade
I have a dell inspiron 570 it has a and athlon II X2 250 processor my computer is running over 100°F that's when I start to use games any way to cool it down plus upgrade the processor and other components using the same motherboard

Well I really don't know other than the ram I need the processor upgraded plus the fans the PC is getting entirely tooooo hot

You could upgrade to an X4 processor. You may need to take the fan off and re-paste some thermal goop on it or get a different cooler.

If that's really 100 F, that's not all that hot -- it's under 40 C, which is fairly cool.
