I am posting some pictures of my system which is Dell Inspiron 620s.
In that the Service Tag number and Express Service Code are also there.
It is not turning on. I think there are some hardware issues.
Kindly check them and help me.

This system will NEVER EVER Turn on again.
Socket is irreversibly damaged. No Idea how this happened but its not recoverable.
At least the mainboard needs to be replaced. It looks like the CPU was jammed into the socket incorrectly, so also check the bottom of the CPU - if it's similarly damaged, it will need to be replaced as well.
The CPU fits only one way into the socket -- there are arrows and notches indicating correct placement. It is very easy to damage both the CPU and the socket if it's not inserted correctly before the latch is secured.
So what should I do now?
The procedures for replacing/installing, the Inspiron 620s, processor are on page 18 here:
Sounds like you're probably better off buying a new system - by the time you buy a board, CPU, RAM and a power supply, you're going to be upward of 50% of the cost of a new system anyway.
Only you can answer that. At the price point your current system sells for, you can't begin to build an equivalent system for the same money Dell (or Lenovo, or ASUS, etc.) sell for.
Once you go over the $500-600 threshold, you can build for less than it costs to buy a complete system - making fewer compromises along the way.
