Dell proprietary PSU problems. Help pls.

Hi. I have a Dell power supply model number, D235PD-00. I have been told that it is a proprietary PSU and that it needs to be converted in order to upgrade it. Where can I get a Dell converter to convert it? These are the connectors.

1x 24-Pin Standard ATX Motherboard Power Connector

1x 4-Pin ATX Power Connector

2x SATA Power Connectors

1x Floppy Drive Power Connector

The Dell D235PD-00 PSU is a proprietary unit, due to it's case shape and size, not the wiring, therefore there are no convertors available.
