Inspiron 545, Dell support

3 months ago I ordered a Dell Inspirion 545 system from Dell in the Netherlands. It was delivered very promptly but it was missing some stuff. The X-Fi soundcard, the tv card and the backplate for fastening the cards were missing. I emailed Dell as telephone support is restricted in the Netherlands to people who place the order by phone instead of online. I promptly received a reply that the missing stuff was being ordered and would promptly be sent to my home. 3 months later and the stuff is still missing and in the limbo called "in production". From all the messages on the board i know i'am not the only one with issues. The shipping date gets a nine day update when it nears the expected shipping date day.  Is this an automated function of the Dell ordering system:). Is it Dell's mission in the world to frustrate buyers of new systems? A lot of other companies don't have these issues and if Dell cannot deliver they will be happy to take off some of the Dell order portfolio:)
