Device Driver for Composite AV peripheral

Hi,

I have this device that came with my XPS that has input and output for Composite AV and S-Video. Since buying the desktop, I had to reformat my drive and reinstall windows from the disk included. Once I reinstalled, this device stopped working because the driver wasn't reinstalled. It is in the Device Manager as 'Multimedia Controller'. It connected to the PC next to some IEEE 1394 (firewire) plugs and used a cable that looks sort of like a VGA one. It had no serial number on it. If anybody has the driver for this or knows where to get one, I would very much appreciate it.

Here are some pictures of it:

Thanks,

PS: I have already looked at the driver downloads for my desktop on the DELL® support site.
