Dimension 4600C, wrong CPU speed
System has a HT 2.8GHz CPU, w 800MHz FSB, in setup under CPU information it show the correct FSB, HT is enabled, but lists the clock speed of the CPU as 1.6GHz. any suggestions?

Run CPUID to find the exact processor and technical information.

it had the a02 bios, so just to see what would happen I flashed to a09, it now see the cpu at the correct speed and is running fine, and TYVM for you reply.
