Dimension 5000 Wont Boot
Hi All
We have a dimension 5000 that has developed a boot problem.
When we power it on we get the Fan sounding and all lights on the front light up but thats it nothing else.
Anyone provide any help ?

Is the power button LED, solid green, blinking green, solid amber, blinking amber?
Check the sequence of the DIAGNOSTIC LIGHTS on the front panel of the case.
Are there any 'Beeps', or error messages?

Hi Bev Thanks for the reply.
Bizarrely, I rang just now and asked them to power it on and give me the sequence of lights.
The PC has worked OK.
Suspect could be motherboard but we shall see.

Yep, that is strange, but lets hope the Dimension 5000, keeps working without any problems. :emotion-3:
