What Operating System?
Also what happened that you need these drivers? Did you do a reinstall?
On an install/reinstall the correct and required install sequence is (1) Install Windows (2) On applicable models Install Dell Desktop System Software (3) Install Motherboard chipset drivers (4) Install device drivers including Video, Dell sound driver, Ethernet, etc.
If it was a reinstall, it sounds like you skipped the motherboard chipset drivers and in this case the Intel motherboard chipset drivers. This is a common omission and key to a successful install. If this is the case install the Intel chipset drivers, restart the PC and then install any remaining device drivers that are missing.
B110 Windows XP Driver Downloads DO NOT use the Dell Download Manager - download each needed driver directly.
